    4. ACCURACY

      You are asked to keep Your registration details up to date. If You change Your address, email, phone number or any other contact or personal information please contact Mandalorian Technologies Limited Player services on support@noaccountcasino.com in order to update Your account information.
    5. ACTIVATION

      All applicants may be sent an email to the registered email address for account activation. All accounts may be activated through this email. If this is not completed, Mandalorian Technologies Limited reserves the right to suspend all activities on the account until the account details are verified.
    6. OFFERS

      All Player offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number and shared computer, eg. school, public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to You or group of Players.     7. ACCEPTANCE

      Should an account remain dormant or inactive with no account transactions for a period exceeding 30 months and where the account also has a balance Mandalorian Technologies Limited shall attempt to contact You with a view to return any remaining funds. Should this not be possible, then the remaining balance (if any) within that account shall be remitted to the Malta Gaming Authority of Malta.
    10. INTER-ACCOUNT TRANSFERS

      The transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited. Mandalorian Technologies Limited prohibits players from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts to/from other players.
    11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

      Mandalorian Technologies Limited reserves the right to refuse Your registration and to close or terminate Your account at its sole discretion. However, any contractual obligations already made will be honoured.

    13. RECOVERING OF FUNDS

  7. DEPOSITS / WITHDRAWALS

    Mandalorian Technologies Limited is required to inform You that Your funds are kept in segregated accounts from the company’s business accounts. Funds deposited or staked are not protected by the Malta Gaming Authority or Mandalorian Technologies Limited in the event of insolvency.
    1. DEPOSITS/WITHDRAWALS METHODS

      All deposits and withdrawals on noaccountcasino.com, noaccountbet.com and prankcasino.com and will be made through Trustly Pay and Play payment system.
    2. IDENTIFICATION CHECKS

      Mandalorian Technologies Limited reserves the right to ask You for verification documents upon deposits made or prior to executing a withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to:
      • copy of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport or Drivers License
      • documents confirming residence such as a bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months.
    3. IDENTITY CHECKS

      Mandalorian Technologies Limited reserves the right to run checks on all players with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration. Mandalorian Technologies Limited will carry out a full identity check on cumulative withdrawals of €2,000.
    4. RECORDS

      It is the players’ responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and Website policies and rules. It is also the players’ responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in the country of domicile.
    5. WITHDRAWALS

      Any withdrawals that are made will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and the name must correspond to the name registered. Funds must be withdrawn with the same method used for depositing, up to the amount of the deposit. The brand names relating to Mandalorian Technologies Limited Brands, including but not limited to .com and any other trademarks, service marks and/or trade names used by Mandalorian Technologies Limited (the Trade Marks) are the trademarks, service marks and/or trade names of Mandalorian Technologies Limited who reserves all rights to such Trade Marks. You hereby acknowledge that by using the Website or the Software You obtain no rights in the Trade Marks or the content and You may only use the same in complete accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
    2. The Software, Services or Website may contain functionality whereby the User may post or publish text, images, videos or other copyright protectable material (‘User Generated Content’). By posting or publishing User Generated Content, you warrant that you have acquired any and all rights necessary for Yours and Mandalorian Technologies Limited’s use and reproduction of such User Generated Content. In addition, You hereby grant to Mandalorian Technologies Limited a license to use User Generated Content for the purposes contemplated by these Terms and Conditions, and You shall indemnify and keep Mandalorian Technologies Limited harmless from and against any third party claims relating to Mandalorian Technologies Limited’s use of User Generated Content (or part thereof). Mandalorian Technologies Limited reserves the right to remove any User Generated Content which (in Mandalorian Technologies Limited’s view) risk infringing third party rights, these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
  11. USE OF AUTOMATED PLAYERS (‘BOTS’) AND ILLEGAL SOFTWARE

    1. ILLEGAL SOFTWARE AND BOTS

      The use and abuse of a bug or bots or any other form of artificial intelligence in any of the Software or Services provided by the Mandalorian Technologies Limited is illegal.
    2. NON-PERMITTED SOFTWARE

      The use of software to influence or modify the outcome of any of the games offered by Mandalorian Technologies Limited or player collusion for financial gain is strictly forbidden and any monies acquired in this way will be deducted from the Player’s funds.
    3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

      Mandalorian Technologies Limited shall take all necessary measure in case of player collusion, use and/or abuse of a bug, bot or any other form of artificial intelligence from a Player as blocking of the Player account, freezing of the funds and reserve the right to legal proceedings.
  12. INTERRUPTIONS IN PLAY

      Mandalorian Technologies Limited is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Mandalorian Technologies Limited is not liable for any acts or omissions made by Your internet service provider or any third party with whom You have contracted to gain access to the server that hosts the Website.
    2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

      Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software, Services and Websites are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, and Mandalorian Technologies Limited makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied (whether by law, statute or otherwise) including but not limited to implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Software/Services or infringement of applicable laws and regulations. Mandalorian Technologies Limited makes no warranty that the Software or Services will meet Your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Software or server that makes it available are free from viruses or bugs or represents that the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the Software or Services as to results or accuracy of any information obtained by You. In the event of systems or communications errors relating to the generation of random numbers, bet settlement or other element of the Product, we will not be liable to You as a result of any such errors and we reserve the right to void all bets on the draws in question.
    3. NO LIABILITY

      Mandalorian Technologies Limited shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Website or the Services; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
    4. REFUNDS

      In the event of a Casino system malfunction, or in the case of miscarried and/or aborted games, the game is terminated, all wagers are void and the amount of the wager is refunded to Your account.
    5. SYSTEMS MALFUNCTION

      Where a manifest error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect odd or paytable, any applicable bet/bets are void and the amount of the wager/s is/are refunded to Your account.
    6. LIMIT ON WAGERS

      We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) at our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. In circumstances where a stake is deemed to be or is declared void by us at our discretion, any sum deducted from Your account with respect to that stake or wager shall be credited to Your account. Wagers shall only be valid if accepted by our server and subject to the Agreement.       Mandalorian Technologies Limited shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with Your use, of any link contained on the Websites. The Company is not responsible for the content contained on any Internet site linked to from the Websites or via the Services.
    4. NEGLIGENCE

      Nothing in this Agreement will operate so as to exclude any liability of the Company for fraud, death or personal injury that is caused by the Company’s negligence.
  14. AVAILABILITY OF OFFERS

      All Player offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number and shared computer, eg. school, public library or workplace. All Mandalorian Technologies Limited offers are intended for recreational players and Mandalorian Technologies Limited may in our sole discretion limit the eligibility of Players to participate in any promotion.     2. OFFER RECALL

      We reserve the right to reclaim all bonuses awarded and any winnings accrued if Players are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of a Mandalorian Technologies Limited promotion. Where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a Player or group of Players, which due to enhanced payments through promotional offers results in guaranteed Player profits irrespective of the outcome, Mandalorian Technologies Limited reserves the right to ignore the bonus element of such offers and settle bets at the correct odds.   15. COLLECTION OF WINNINGS

    Winnings are added in the selected currency for Your account to the cleared balance of Your account. Should You wish to withdraw some or all of Your balance You may select how much You wish to have paid back. The maximum withdrawal amount per 24-hour period is 10,000EUR or currency equivalent.     2. SELF-EXCLUSION POLICY

      Mandalorian Technologies Limited’s self-exclusion policy is thus; A Player may at any time request that his or her Gambling Account be self-excluded for a definite or indefinite period of time for the reason of problem gambling. Such request should be made from ‘My Account’ or by contacting Customer Support on support@noaccountcasino.com. Once You have self-excluded Your Account you will no longer be permitted to access Your Account for the period of time chosen. Your request will incur a 24-hour cooling-off period prior to the Account being reactivated. A Timeout request is not applied across the Mandalorian Technologies Limited license whereas a Self-Exclusion request is.

    4. OTHER FINANCIAL AND SESSION LIMITS

      A Player may at any time, request the Player Services Unit to set the following limits on his or her Gaming account:

      • A session time limit on game play

      Such limits will be set without hesitation. Furthermore, a request received to further reduce such limits or increase an exclusion will be undertaken with immediate effect.       These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Malta and You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta to settle any disputes (including claims for set off and counterclaims) which may arise in connection the creation, validity, effect, interpretation or performance of, or the legal relationships established by or otherwise arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
  18. FINANCIAL INSTITUTION

    1. NO INTEREST

      Mandalorian Technologies Limited is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into Your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.
    2. NO LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE

      Mandalorian Technologies Limited does not provide advice to Players regarding tax and/or legal matters. Players who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.
    3. NO ARBITRAGE

      Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Mandalorian Technologies Limited and its systems to facilitate arbitrage through Currency Exchange transactions. Where Mandalorian Technologies Limited deems that a Player has deliberately used the aforementioned systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from the Players balance without warning or notification.
    4. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING

      Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Mandalorian Technologies Limited and its systems to facilitate any type of illegal money transfer system. Mandalorian Technologies Limited will conduct 'know your customer’ controls as required under law. You will not use the Software, Services or Website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to You. It is unlawful to deposit money from ill-gotten means and Mandalorian Technologies Limited checks all transactions to prevent money laundering activities. If Mandalorian Technologies Limited has a suspicion that You may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities, or conduct otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions, we will comply with all our responsibilities under applicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing laws. This includes but is not limited to terminating Your access to the Website immediately and/or blocking Your account. If Your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, Mandalorian Technologies Limited is under no obligation to refund to You any funds that may be in Your account. In addition, Mandalorian Technologies Limited shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities, other online service providers, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of Your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity and You will cooperate fully with the Company to investigate any such activity.

    1. ACCEPTANCE

      By accepting these Terms and Conditions You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when gambling by means of the Website and You are fully responsible for any such loss. You agree that Your use of the Website is at Your sole option, discretion and risk. In relation to Your losses You shall have no claims whatsoever against Mandalorian Technologies Limited or any white label partner or their respective directors, officers or employees.
    2. ELIGIBLE PLAYERS

      Employees of Mandalorian Technologies Limited, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the games.
    3. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

      Mandalorian Technologies Limited reserves the right to cancel the Your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to You Any balance in the Your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to account and/or sent to the You by cheque. However, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in a casino account in any of the following circumstances:
      • If You have more than one active account for the Casino;
      • If the name on Your Casino account does not match the name on the payment account (s) used to make deposits on a Casino account;

Mandalorian Technologies Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to implement or amend any procedures, at any time without prior notice to You. Such amendments will be implemented at the discretion of Casino Management and put into immediate effect.     9. IRREGULAR PLAY

      Before any withdrawals are processed, Your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes.     14. SEVERABILITY

      If any of the Terms & Conditions are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. In such cases, the part deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with the applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, Mandalorian Technologies Limited’s original intent.
    15. EXPLANATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In the interests of both our Players and Mandalorian Technologies Limited, please note that all correspondence and telephone calls may be recorded.
  1. GENERAL BETTING RULES

    1. The outcome of a market is settled once this is determined.
    2. If a market is not determined earlier in the game, the company settles the result of the game once the normal duration (regular time) of the match is concluded, unless stated otherwise on market description on website.
    3. Example 1: Match winner 1X2 market of an event is determined after the end of the normal duration (regular time) of the event. Football (Soccer) 1x2 Match Winner is determined after the 90 min, including any extra minutes called by the referee of the match as “normal duration”
    4. In case an event is driven to Overtime (when regular time does not decide the winner) all markets clearly state that are subject to “include overtime” are paid after the completion of the Overtime. Any penalty kicks (or other decider) may follow is not taken in consideration, unless clearly stated in the market.
    5. Events not started on time for any reason or even postponed may be kept open and all bets remain valid if those kick off (start) within the next 48 hours from the official start time. In any other case, the company reserves, at its own discretion, the right to void all bets of such postponed events and refund the stakes to the customers.
    6. Events abandoned after its starting time and get continued from the organizer within 48 hours from the official start time, the company reserves the right to keep all bets valid and settle according to this result.
    7. Events abandoned after its starting time and not get continued from the organizer within 48 hours, the company will settle all determined markets decided in the pitch and void the rest by refunding stakes to customers. However, in cases like that, the company reserves, at its own discretion, the right to void all bets of such abandoned events and refund the stakes to the customers.
    8. On above general rule there are exceptions as in:
    9. Tennis games will be kept open with all bets valid until the officials or organizing body declares a winner. In such case, the 48 hours rule is not valid. However, and in case of a player retirement, all markets determined in the pitch are settled accordingly and all the rest declared void and null. For avoidance of doubt if a tennis player retired before last point concluded, the match winner market is void, but all markets related to specific sets or games that determined, are settled accordingly.
    10. Baseball games when two teams are playing 2 games in a row are considered as Game 1 and Game 2 and will be settled as chronologically played with all bets valid. For avoidance of doubt if Team A play vs Team B twice, the result of Game 1 will count for bets offered on Game 1 as originally scheduled, and result of Game 2 will count for bets offered on Game 2, as originally scheduled. The 48 hours rule is valid.
      1. (e.g. if a football match is abandoned in the second half, the markets of the first half will be settled normally).
      2. (e.g. in the example above, the markets of the second half have not decided) will be void and stakes will be refunded to customers
  2. EXPLANATION OF SPECIFIC BET TYPES

    1. In case a match is abandoned but there has been at least one Scorer, bets on the first Goalscorer apply and bets on the last goalscorer are void. Anytime Goalscorer market for this player is settled as winner and bets on other players are void.
  3. HEAD 2 HEAD BETS

    1. Predict which of the participants will occupy the highest position or will have better results or more points. In order for these bets to stand both participants must actively participate in the event. In case the two participants achieve the exact same winning result and therefore achieve a tie, all bets are void.
  4. OUTRIGHT BETS

    1. Predict which of the participants (3 or more) will occupy the highest position or will have better results or more points. In order for these bets to stand all participants must actively participate in the event.
    2. If one or more participants will not participate in the event, the odds on the rest participants are recalculated and settled with a reduction in the odds, by applying the probability of the missing participants to the rest participants applying the same margin.
    3. If two or more participants achieve exact same winning result and therefore achieve a tie, the applicable odds will be equal to the accepted odds divided by the number of tie participants (e.g. with initial odds 2.70 and three tie participants the final odds will be: 2.70 / 3 = 0.90), unless the official governing body chooses only one winner with an additional statistic criterion (e.g. assists).
  5. BOOKING MARKETS

    1. A yellow card counts as one card. A red card counts as two cards. If a player gets one yellow plus a second yellow driving to a red card, this counts overall as three cards. As a result, a player cannot receive more than three cards. Settlement will be based on all available card data that appear during the normal playing time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be taken under consideration. Cards in non-playing players (players that have already been replaced, coaches, players on the bench who have not taken part in the game) are not taken under consideration.
  6. BOOKING MARKETS WITH POINTS

    1. A yellow card counts as 10 points and the red and the second yellow-red as 25. The second yellow for a player that leads to a red card is not counted. As a result, a player cannot receive more than 35 points. Settlement will be based on all available card data that appear during the normal playing time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle not be taken under consideration. Cards in non-playing players (players that have already been replaced, coaches, players on the bench who have not taken part on the game) are not taken under consideration.
  7. CORNERS

    1. A corner gets counted for the relevant market settlement only in the case it has been executed. Corners won by the teams but not executed do not count for market settlement.
  8. INTERVALS

    1. First interval is considered the time period from 00:01 until the completion of the minute indicated as the end minute. For avoidance of doubt the interval 1-15 min is considered the period from 00:01 to 15:00
    2. Last interval of a time period is considered from the minute indicated until the end of the period as this decided by the referee. For avoidance of doubt the interval 30-45 min is considered the period from 30:01 until the end of First Half. The interval 75-90 min is considered the period from 75:01 to the end of the Full Time.
  9. PLACING A BET

    1. Once You have placed Your bet and You have received confirmation that Your bet has been accepted, it is not possible to cancel the bet (unless We, in our absolute discretion, provide permission to cancel or change the bet).
    2. We reserve the right to decline all, or part, of any bet/wager requested at our sole and absolute discretion.
    3. A bet is only considered accepted once You have received a confirmation message and the balance on your account has been deducted the equivalent amount.   10. DEAD HEAT

    1. Mandalorian Technologies Limited reserves the right to apply a dead heat reduction on any event where more winners are declared than were originally specified. The number of paying places remaining after winners are settled is divided by the number of players sharing those places.
    2. Unless otherwise stated in the betting rules for the specific sport: If one or more participants fails to start, all bets are considered void. At least one participant must finish the event, or the bet is considered void. If all participants are disqualified or otherwise excluded, bets are void. In cases with 3 or more participants, where 2 participants or more achieve the same result then the dead heat rule will apply.
    3. Over/under markets - If the total amount of goals/points etc. is the exact equal to the line quoted and no winning line is quoted, the bets will be void. Handicap markets; if the scores are level after the handicap has been accounted for and no odds have been offered for a handicap draw, then bets will be void.
  11. PROHIBITED BETS

    1. It is not permitted to place a bet directly or on behalf of anyone who is involved in the sporting event which is being bet on. This includes, but is not limited to, athletes, trainers, event officials and players.
    2. Where We have reason to believe that a bet has been placed after the outcome of an event is known, we reserve the right to void the bet(s) concerned.
    3. Where necessary, Mandalorian Technologies Limited may make notice to the relevant sport’s governing body and/or regulatory body, including ESSA.
  12. CANCELLED AND POSTPONED EVENTS

    1. Unless stated otherwise in the specific sports rules, any event, match or competition which is cancelled abandoned or otherwise does not last for the full statutory timeframe will be considered void.
    2. Mandalorian Technologies Limited reserves the right to suspend a market and/or cancel any bet/wager at any time. When a market is suspended any bets entered will be rejected. We also reserve the right to cease betting on any markets at any time without notice
  13. CHANGE IN ODDS

    1. Mandalorian Technologies Limited reserves the right to change the odds on an offer at any time as well as suspend or close betting on any event before the scheduled start time.
  14. ERROR

    1. In the unlikely event a bet is placed with erroneous odds We reserve the right to cancel said bet without any notification to You. Winnings from settled bets/wagers are added to the balance of Your betting Account. Any funds/winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use, and We reserve the right to void any transactions involving such funds and/or withdraw the relevant amount from your account and/or reverse the transaction, either at the time or retrospectively.
    2. Where We have reason to believe that a bet has been placed after the outcome of an event is known, or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team etc) We reserve the right to void the bet.
  15. TAX

    1. You are responsible for reporting any winnings or losses to the relevant tax authority/authorities in your jurisdiction.
  16. PAYOUT

    1. The maximum amount that We shall be obliged to pay to You in respect of any one bet shall be limited to €50,000 or currency equivalent
  17. CASH OUT

    1. Mandalorian Technologies Limited allows ‘Cash-Out’ on certain markets. The Cash-Out functionality allows You to settle Your bet prior to it being closed by us at a value determined by us.
    2. We have sole and absolute discretion to determine which markets the cash-out functionality will be available.
    3. Cash-out functionality is not available for free bets of any kind or any other promotion or bonus.
    4. Cash-out functionality may be suspended for any market at any time at our sole and absolute discretion.
    5. When You successfully Cash-out this shall constitute a settlement of the original bet and any subsequent events will have no impact on the amount returned to your account.
    6. In the event of an accepted bet, which forms part of a multi bet (accumulator), being voided for any reason, the voided bet will not impact the rest of the accepted bets/legs appearing on the same betting slip.
